LAP SWIM & WATER WALKING Dedicated lap swim or walking against the current in our Lazy River.

Time: 9 AM-10:45 AM Cost: $ 3 per visit( or free for season pass holders and New Albany YMCA members)
WATER CORE & MORE This is a full body workout that gets your heart rate up while incorporating posture and training techniques designed for joint safety and muscle isolation, to ensure building core stability. 40 participants maximum. Participants may only attend one class per day unless numbers permit otherwise.

AQUA BOOT CAMP Kick your water workout up a notch with Boot Camp. This class combines core strengthening, muscle toning, flexibility and cardio in a fast-paced class that utilizes a variety of aquatic equipment to enhance the natural resistance of the water. 40 participants maximum. Participants may only attend one class per day unless numbers permit otherwise.
