LAP SWIM & WATER WALKING Dedicated lap swim or walking against the current in our Lazy River.

Time: 9 AM-10:45 AM Cost: $ 4 per visit( or free for season pass holders and New Albany YMCA members.)
WATER CORE & MORE This is a full body workout that gets your heart rate up while incorporating posture and training techniques designed for joint safety and muscle isolation, to ensure building core stability. 40-participant maximum. Participants may only attend one class per day unless permitted otherwise.

WATER BOOT CAMP Kick your water workout up a notch with Boot Camp. This class combines core strengthening, muscle toning, flexibility and cardio in a fast-paced class that utilizes a variety of aquatic equipment to enhance the natural resistance of the water. 40-participant maximum.
