YOUTH ACTIVITIES

AFTER SCHOOL – YOUTH ENRICHMENT PROGRAM( AGES 5-12)
Community recreation sites provide safe, supervised activities for kids ages 5-12 throughout the winter and spring! Weekly programming includes arts & crafts, STEM enrichment activities, get-fit classes, and occasional field trips. For a weekly schedule of activities, stop by a neighborhood center. Also, Snack Attack is a nutritious program offered to all participants. This program is made possible with support from the New Albany Redevelopment Commission and the New Albany Housing Authority.
Dates: Monday – Thursdays January 5 – April 30

DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. YOUTH WORKSHOP( AGES 5-12)
Local mentors will come together to encourage youth on this national holiday. The theme is“ What’ s Your Dream?”. Group games, art projects, and snack time will allow participants ages 5-12 to share in this positive action activity.

FUN WITH FOOD( AGES 7-12)
We will cook something tasty in this pour and stir kid’ s cooking workshop. Kids will receive a chef’ s hat plus make a delicious snack to take home.
